Sorry guys AS exams have started so that's why I haven't made very many posts. 

















I've set myself a maximum of 9OOkcals a day because I know that if I stick to my exercise per day I can burn well over 9OOkcals. I finally broke my plateau of 1O8lbs and now I'm at 1O5. I doubt I'll get down to 95 by the end of exams because that's next week friday and I don't know how much longer I can keep up the exercise because I am both mentally and physically exhausted. A negative though is that I've been self harming quite a lot recently and my teachers are now convinced that I'm severely depressed like seriously I am not I'm just a bit messed up at the moment. anyway after exams I'll do a much bigger picture post but just try to enjoy what's on here now :)
